Example Booking Fee Policy:
We ask that you pay a £…. fee upon booking to secure your appointment. Thank you.
The booking fee is a non-refundable charge. It is deducted from the full cost of your treatment upon attendance.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment please endevour to do so with in 48 hours of your booked appointment. Should this not be possible due to unforseen circumstances, which we understand can arise, you will be able to transfer your fee to a new appointment (once per client pe year). At all times you are able to re-arrange to a new appointment time with 24 hours notice and retain your booking fee. Should the new appointment be missed for any reason or rebooked for a second time the booking fee will be retained and is not transferable more than once. A new booking and booking fee will be required in this instance.
Thank you for understanding that for a small busienss time is money and we may not be able to refill appointments at short notice or upon non-attendance and this lost revenue can be considerable without a booking fee policy in place.
